Manufacturing Associate - full time

Katabatic Gear is seeking a quality and detail conscious individual to help us inspect and fill sleeping bags, and ship orders. Our team works Monday – Thursday, 8 hours per day.

A typical day will include inspecting sleeping bags to make sure they meet our quality standards, filling sleeping bags with down (duck or goose – if you are allergic, this is sadly not the job for you), as well as fulfilling customer orders. Requirements:

• Attention to detail, and pride in a job well done
• Ability to stand for a few hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with or without assistance

Benefits/Pay

• Starting hourly pay $19/hr. Pay raises as quality and efficiency improve.
• Paid holidays/vacation.  Additional time away from work can be taken unpaid with approval.
